Organisation settings
Settings is one panel that opens over whatever you were doing. Whichever link you arrive on, it opens at the matching section, and closing it puts you back on the dashboard. Everything on this page lives under Organization → General.
Editing here needs the Manage org settings permission. Without it a yellow banner reads “You don’t have permission to edit organisation settings.” and every field is read-only. Any role holding that permission can edit — it is not reserved to Org Admin. See Your team and their roles.
Organisation profile
Section titled “Organisation profile”| Field | Rules |
|---|---|
| Organisation Name | Required, up to 255 characters. |
| Sport Type | Shown with a padlock. Not editable. |
| Website URL | Optional. Must look like https://example.com, up to 512 characters. |
| Email Address | Optional. |
| Phone Number | Optional. Digits, spaces, +, - and brackets, up to 50 characters. |
| Address | Optional free text. |
| Country/Region | A fixed list of about seventy countries. |
While anything is unsaved, the words Unsaved changes appear beside Save Changes, and the button stays disabled until something actually changes. A save confirms with Settings saved successfully; anything the server refuses comes back attached to the field that caused it.
Country/Region is a closed list. If your country is not on it, there is no way to add one — tell support and use the address box in the meantime.
Your logo
Section titled “Your logo”The logo sits in its own card on the same page. Click the dashed square or Upload logo and pick a PNG, JPG or SVG of up to 2 MB.
The upload is handed to storage directly, so the new logo appears the next time the page loads rather than the instant the upload finishes. If it looks unchanged, reload before trying again.
Your logo is used in exactly three places:
- your public organisation page;
- public registration and resubmission pages, which is what an applicant sees before they have any idea who you are;
- the header of automated emails sent on your behalf.
It does not appear on your own dashboard, so do not judge whether it uploaded by looking there. Open your public page or a registration link instead.
Default display currency
Section titled “Default display currency”A block at the foot of the profile card. The first option is No default (show original currency); the rest are the supported presentment currencies, listed by code and name.
This setting is display only. It changes what your colleagues see amounts converted to on their dashboards until they pick their own in Personal preferences. It changes nothing about what an applicant is charged, what reaches your bank, or what a receipt says.
Your public page
Section titled “Your public page”One address that lists every registration you currently have open, so you do not have to circulate a separate link per form.
- Show the public page is a switch, and it stays disabled until an address has been set. Setting the address comes first.
- Type your address into the Address field, which is prefixed with
yoursite/o/. Capitals and spaces are converted to lower case and hyphens as you type. - Availability is checked about a third of a second after you stop typing, and a tick or a cross appears at the end of the field. When the one you want is taken, the product often offers a near miss you can accept in one click from the Use <suggestion> link.
- Press Save. The button stays disabled while the address is unchanged, empty, or known to be taken.
- Flip Show the public page on. It saves as you flip it, confirming with “Public page is live.” or “Public page switched off.”
Once an address exists, a grey bar below shows the full link with Copy and Preview.
Address rules
Section titled “Address rules”| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| Length | 3 to 40 characters |
| Characters | Lower-case letters, digits and single hyphens only |
| Not allowed | An address made only of digits |
| Reserved | A list of about seventy words including admin, api, support, billing, settings, login, help, docs, sqoura and www |
The 30-day cooldown
Section titled “The 30-day cooldown”You can change your address once every 30 days, and the limit belongs to the organisation rather than to you — a second administrator cannot move it either. Once it has been changed, the field locks and the helper text reads “The address was changed recently. It can be changed again on <date>.”
Changing it does not break anything already in circulation. Old addresses are kept and go on resolving to your organisation permanently, so a link printed on last season’s poster still works.
Turning the page off makes the address return nothing. Direct links to individual forms keep working either way, and a published form can be kept off the public page from that form’s own settings.
A Usage card at the bottom of General shows every allowance you are metered on — storage, seats, custom roles, athlete entries and emails sent — each with a bar, the amount used, the limit and a percentage. A warning appears at 80%. The two flow meters, entries and emails, say which window they count over. The figures behind them are in Plans, storage and billing.
Branding
Section titled “Branding”Organization → Branding is switched on per account, so it may not appear in your menu at all. When it is missing, opening its address quietly lands you on General rather than telling you it is unavailable.
If you do have it, it contains exactly one thing: the same logo card that is on General. There is nothing there you cannot do from General.
